These brownies are really popular in our on-site café, particularly served with clotted cream! We use our 60% cocoa Orange Chilli Chocolate, but they would be equally good with our original chilli chocolate which gives your classic brownie a delightfully different twist, with just a touch of spice.

Preheat the oven to 160°c. Line a 24 by 32 cm (6 cm deep) baking tin with baking parchment
