Ingredients

  • 1 large onion
  • 2 large bell peppers
  • 300 g closed cup mushrooms<

Method

Chop the onion, peppers, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes. Heat the oil in a wide pan, then add the prepared vegetables except the cherry tomatoes and fry to your preference. Add the mince and fry until browned. Drain off any excess liquid at this point.

Tip the chopped tomatoes into the pan, along with the cherry tomatoes. Reduce to a simmer. Add the tomato purée and garlic paste then sti
