Method

Start by preheating the oven to 150°c. Taking care, cut all of the fruit into thin slices, making sure to leave the skins on. Next, season both sides of the salmon generously with the sea salt flakes and black pepper. Sea salt flakes are much more gentle in flavour than sand-like table
