There’s something truly pleasing about a savoury crumble because a) it’s a playful twist on a typical Sunday roast dessert, and b) it’s basically a low-effort super crispy pie. I use a mixture of sweet and more bitter root vegetables for maximum flavour, but you can certainly play around with the quantities to make it work with what you have in.
