Italians: Look away! This is undoubtedly sacrilege to the traditional Italian dessert, but it’s delicious sacrilege. The thing about traditional tiramisu is that you have to find or make ladyfinger cakes, which are tricky to make and sometimes impossible to find, depending on where you live. But all you really need to make a good tiramisu is something that soaks up the delicious coffee/liquor mixture, and granola does the trick!

You can use any granola variation or a mixture for this recipe. My personal favorite is the cherry and pistachio variation. If you use the espresso granola variation, reduce the instant espresso in the recipe.
