Raspberry Vinegar

This is truly excellent used in salads where there is a meat, such as the Warm chorizo salad, for example, or used for a little dressing to drizzle over the Leek and black pudding tart. You can taste the raspberries even if you use it in a well-seasoned salad dressing.
