Tangy lime mixed with strong virgin olive oil – a perfect addition to salads with lots of crunch. Try adding a few chopped, roasted salted peanuts to the dressing just before serving. This is a great summer dressing.


  • ½ teaspoon Chinese five spice
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon


Put the spice, soy sauce, chilli flakes and lime zest and juice into a bowl and gradually stir in the oils. The dressing will thicken as you mix it. Add salt to taste. Store as above.
