I keep this in a jar in the fridge in the summer. When I have bits of fruit to throw into a fruit salad I just drizzle this over and it is perfection!

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons runny honey
  • grated zest and juice of 1 lime or lemon

Method

Bring the ingredients to the boil in a saucepan and allow to bubble for 1 minute. Put into a jar and chill it. This will store for 3–4 weeks in the fridge.
