A little tinned asparagus blended into a chicken broth… Fresh asparagus added with tortellini… This soup, with its grown-up flavours, needs a tortellini that is delicate in flavour, so choose well.

Ingredients

  • 700 ml water

Method

  1. Put the water, tinned asparagus and all its liquid, stock cube, wine and lemon juice into a saucepan and bring to the boil, seasoning with salt and black pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes with a lid on the pan.
