We test new recipes all the time in the ski chalets. This means lots of people cooking the same recipe at the same time. What an opportunity! Two things happen – firstly the recipes get simplified (like us the hosts are busy and keen to maximise impact and minimise effort) and, secondly, ingredients get substituted. This recipe started life with pumpkin, but the sweet potato is better, easier and more widely available. This is why our recipes are foolproof!
