The perfect combination of blue cheese and pears make this wrap quite irresistible.

Ingredients

  • 250 g Stilton, Gorgonzola, Roquefort or other blue cheese
  • 200 g cream cheese

Method

  1. Mash the blue cheese and half of the cream cheese together with a fork so you have a very rough paste.
  2. Drain the pears, slice thickly and fry for 3–4 minutes in the butter and sugar or until they have become sticky and brown. Season if necessary.
