A perfect twist on a classic sandwich filling.

Ingredients

  • 2 150 g salmon fillets, no skin or bones
  • 4 soft flour tortilla wraps
  • ½

Method

  1. Put the salmon in a small ovenproof dish with a little water. Season and cover with foil. Bake for 15 minutes or until just cooked. Cut the cucumber into fine 6cm sticks (remove the wet, seedy centre or your wraps will go soggy).
