This is a different version of a wrap. They make pretty canapés and can be made with almost any of your favourite fillings.

Ingredients

  • 4 soft flour tortilla wraps
  • 50 g soft butter
  • 4 slices of good

Method

  1. Put each wrap on a clean work surface, trim the front edges to straighten and spread on the butter. Lay a slice of ham near the front edge so it covers the front half of the wrap.
  2. Mix the cream cheese and mustard and spread over the ham and all the way towards the far edge. Roll tightly away from you so the ham and cheese mix are spiralled inside the wrap. Trim
