Ingredients

  • 250 g minced chicken/turkey
  • 3 tablespoons pesto sauce
  • 1

Method

  1. Mix the minced chicken, pesto and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Divide into 24 small balls. Cut each filo sheet into 4 and fold each piece in half so you have a double layer and brush with the oil. Place a ball of chicken mix on each piece and wrap into little parcels. Put onto a baking sheet and brush with a little extra oil.
