Yes, you can buy them from the deli counter, but the beauty of making your own is that you can choose what to put in them and make them as mild or as spicy as you wish. What can be more of a thrill than serving something delicious that you have created to friends?

Ingredients

  • ½ onion, chopped finely
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves

Method

  1. Fry the onion and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan for a few minutes then add the garlic and chilli. Add the sweet potato and cumin. Put a lid on the pan and allow to cook for
