  • 5 medium tomatoes
  • ¼ cucumber
  • ½ red onion
  • ½

Method

  1. Chop the tomatoes, cucumber, onion and green pepper very finely – take your time as it is this that makes your salsa great. Chop the chilli very finely (include the seeds if you like it HOT).
  2. Chop the garlic, sprinkle with salt and use a knife to work to a paste. Mix the cumin, tomato purée, sugar and garlic together to make a paste and then add your chopped ve
