Developing recipes that work well in the ski chalets has a parallel with our everyday lives. The hosts are busy doing 101 other jobs and wanting time to get out of the kitchen and enjoy themselves – sounds just like me most days! Naomi (foodie friend and colleague) and I think we have hit the jackpot when we create a recipe that fits the bill, and this one does – it is simple, quick to prepare, you can make it ahead and it is utterly delicious!
