Get the sauce bubbling in one pan, fry the koftas in another and 15 minutes later you have a wonderful, spicy supper!

Ingredients

  • 500 g minced lamb
  • ½ onion, finely chopped
  • 4 dried apricots, finely chopped

Method

  1. Squeeze the kofta ingredients together with your hands and form 8 sausage shapes. Flatten slightly as this makes them easier to fry. Cook in a dry, non-stick frying pan for 4 minutes on each side. The fat will be released from the lamb so there is no need to add extra oil here.
