Selling the ‘2 Lucy’s’ food products at trade food shows has exposed us to many authentic ingredients from around the world. Twice we have been placed next to a Sicilian food importer and I have become addicted to their combination of Italian food influenced by spices from the other side of the Mediterranean. In this recipe I have used the Italian influence of garlic, married with hot chilli and whole lemons from North Africa – quite wonderful!
