At last, a ‘beef’ burger! This is our basic recipe, plus some alternatives. Easy and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 600 g minced beef
  • ½ onion, grated
  • 1 tablespoon Worce

Method

  1. Squeeze all the ingredients together with your hands and mix well. Divide the burger mixture into 4 and knead into balls, then flatten into burgers.
  2. Layer up with cling film and store for up to 24 hours in the fridge before cooking.
  3. If you are frying, grease your pan before cooking. Grill, fry or barbeque for a few minutes on each side until cooked th
