I never made a big deal of liver, I just served it to my son once, he ate it and we have enjoyed it as a family supper ever since. His generation have never eaten the hard, tube-ridden liver that we were presented with at school so they have no preconception of what it will taste like. The traditional flavours of onion and bacon are always a winner, so give it a go!
