Curry is often requested for our chalet menus, but as the chalets are in places where curry ingredients are hard to find, we had to be inventive. We limited ourselves to four dry spice blends (garam masala, cumin, coriander and cinnamon) that we could ship out. Here is a curry you can make at home with ease and without an armful of specialist ingredients!
