Serving salad dressing hot was something I learned to do in France. Antonia, a dear friend, married into a foodie French family and she has eaten her way through her mother-in-law’s cooking repertoire and passed many recipes on to me. This is not quite an authentic recipe, but many of my French dishes have their beginnings at ‘chez Argentier’.
