These burgers are great to make for any party and are ideal for a barbeque. The burger mix is very versatile so you can also make it into little balls, fry and serve on cocktail sticks with a soy sauce dip for pre-dinner nibbles, or toss with sticky ginger noodles as a main course!

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 500 g minced chicken or turkey

Method

  1. Chop the garlic finely and while still on chopping board sprinkle with salt. Use a knife to work the salt and garlic together into a paste.
  2. Mix all the burger ingredients together in a bowl with your hands and shape into four flattened patties. Layer in cling film and store in the fridge for up to 1 day.
