I made these pasties for a friend who was off to Norfolk for the weekend. She sent me a text message to say they were sitting on the beach, pasty in hand, feet in the sand. These are great for lunch at home, but even better for a picnic!

Method
- Follow the method to make the onion base.
- Chop the burgers up with a knife and fry in the oil, breaking up the lumps of burger as you cook.
Cook for3–4 minutes
