Make this pie for everyone or just make a single portion for a vegetarian guest. This is a great take on two traditional bedfellows – broccoli and Stilton.
Cut the broccoli into mouth-sized pieces. Put the milk, onion base and stock cube into a saucepan and bring to the boil. When it is boiling add the broccoli and cook for 5 minutes. Drain, reserving the juice, and put the vegetables into an ovenproof dish.
