This couscous has interesting, sweet flavours and is the perfect accompaniment to simple grilled fish or meat.

Ingredients

  • 300 ml mugful of couscous
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½

Method

  1. Pour the measured couscous into a mixing bowl and stir in the olive oil. Put the stock cube, cumin, cinnamon and honey into the mug and refill with boiling water. Stir until dissolved. Pour over the couscous with the lemon juice and raisins. Stir well and leave for 10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile,
