All the flavour of the frozen pea in an elegant purée guaranteed to add flavour and colour to any plate!

Ingredients

  • 500 g frozen peas
  • 25 g butter
  • 2 tablespoons

Method

  1. Boil the peas until tender (about 3–4 minutes). Drain well.
  2. Blend the peas with the butter and cream in a food processor or with a hand blender. Season to taste.
