You can, of course, simply serve broccoli steamed, but if you want to lift it just a little this is a perfect recipe that does not take over the flavours on the plate.

Ingredients

  • 8–12 florettes broccoli (approx 350 g)
  • 25 g almonds

Method

  1. Dry-roast the almonds in the oven for 4–5 minutes until only just golden. This can be done any time and stored in a jar for up to 2 months in a cupboard.
  2. Boil the broccoli in salted water for 3–4 minutes
