In France, they feed parsnips to cattle and they are difficult to find in shops, unlike turnips, which are everywhere. So enjoy this recipe if you are lucky enough to get parsnips easily!

Ingredients

  • 4 large parsnips, peeled
  • 40 g butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon
