  • 1 medium melon (galia, cantaloupe or similar)
  • ½ cucumber


  1. Cut the melon, cucumber and tomato into mouth-sized pieces. Put into a bowl with the mint sauce and stir through. Season to taste. Do this 1 hour before serving and chill in the fridge. Serve topped with fresh mint leaves.
