  • About

Doris came from Switzerland to be our au pair for a few months when I was a baby and stayed for 5 years! This yodelling, caring, laughing, and quite mad Swiss lady has been in our lives ever since. We are very grateful to her, especially for this salad!

Ingredients

  • 400 g French beans
  • ½ red onion, chopped finely
  • 200 g sliced

Method

  1. Top and tail the beans and cut them in half. Cook the beans in salted boiling water for 2–3 minutes and drain in a colander under cold, running water.
  2. Mix the dressing ingredients together. Chop the sausage and mix with the beans, dressing and onion. Taste and season with a little more Maggi if needed.
