You can cut out the pastry base, score the rim, spread over the chocolate and pop it into the fridge for up to 6 hours. Ingredients

  • 300–400 g ready rolled puff pastry
  • 6 bananas
  • 1 jar of your favourite chocolate spread

Method

  1. Line a baking sheet with baking parchment and lay the pastry on top. Place a large dinner plate onto the pastry and cut round it to form a circle. Score a line 2cm in form the edge. This will form the rim of the tart. Prick the inside circle all over with a fork.
  2. Spread the chocolate all over the inner circle. Slice the bananas into 3cm-pieces and stand them up
