Ingredients

  • 10 plums, cut in half, stoned
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 4 sprigs

Method

  1. Put the rosemary and the plums into an ovenproof dish and drizzle with honey.
  2. Cook uncovered for 25 minutes. Allow to cool.
