I once needed to make a chocolate sauce when my store cupboard was very empty. I turned to the only chocolate ingredient I had left... You�ll be amazed at the dark, glossy colour of this sauce!

Ingredients

  • 1 jar of your favourite chocolate spread
  • 150 ml double cream

Method

  1. Warm the ingredients together in a saucepan over a medium heat until dark and glossy.
  2. Serve with ice cream, chocolate cheesecake, pies, tarts...
