I love it when I can make something from the store cupboard without going out to shop!

Ingredients

1 jar of your favourite lemon curd
150 ml double cream
3 tablespoons

Sauce
Vegetarian
Gluten-free

Method

Melt the lemon curd and juice together and boil for 1 minute. Add the cream and boil again for another minute.

Goes perfectly with the Italian cheesecake.
