I love it when I can make something from the store cupboard without going out to shop!

Ingredients

  • 1 jar of your favourite lemon curd
  • 150 ml double cream
  • 3 tablespoons

Method

  1. Melt the lemon curd and juice together and boil for 1 minute. Add the cream and boil again for another minute.

Goes perfectly with the Italian cheesecake.
