Jam is fruit and sugar heated to a setting point. Sounds like an overcooked sweet compote, so let’s add more fruit so it can’t re-set and in an instant you have a delightful spoon of fruity gorgeousness.

Ingredients

  • 500 g frozen or fresh red berries
  • ½ jar blackberry jelly
