There’s no need to whip the cream for this sauce as the yoghurt reacts with the cream to thicken it!

Ingredients

  • 250 g natural yoghurt
  • 200 ml double cream
  • 50 g</

Method

  1. Using a hand whisk mix the ingredients together until you have a spoonable consistency. Store in the fridge for up to 3 hours before serving.
