Passion fruit not only give us fabulous, tangy flavours, but a great crunch in this sauce as we include the seeds. This is not a creamy sauce, as once boiled it becomes a translucent orange colour.
Boil all the ingredients together for 2 minutes. Leave to cool. Serve warm or cold. Store for up to 3 weeks in the fridge.
Excellent on ice cream.
