Hattie’s yummy Malteser cake

I have never met anyone who laughs and giggles with sheer delight when baking quite like my niece Hattie. She has made cakes since she was a toddler. Her dream as a little girl was to open a tea shop and now, at 17, she still wants to. We always look forward to an invite to her house because we know that we are in for a real sweet treat. All her cakes are great, but we always secretly hope that she’s made this!
