Method

Make your own favourite shortcrust pastry, and let it rest for an hour or two, then roll it out and use it to line a well-buttered tart ring. Pre-heat the oven to Reg. 6/400°F/200°C.

Whisk the fromage blanc in a bowl with the egg yolks, icing sugar, cream and lemon zest.
