Making the tart

Melt the chocolate, broken into pieces, and the butter, in the top of a bain-marie.

In a separate bowl, mix the flour with the sugar and eggs. Stir in the melted chocolate and butter mixture and mix for 10 minutes with a wooden spatula. When the mixture is very smooth and makes a ribbon, transfer it to a buttered tart tin or sponge t
