  • About

I always buy exensive cheese in when we have friends come for a meal, and then I often find I have bought too much, so I concocted this deliciously filling recipe to use up some of that cheese.

Ingredients

  • 9 ounces dry linguine
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon

Method

  1. Bring a pan of lightly salted water to a boil, add the linguine and return to a boil. Boil about 10 minutes until just tender. Drain, reserving 2 tablespoons of the cooking water.
  2. Meanwhile, heat a skillet over medium heat, add the walnuts and toast for a few minute
