This is a great way to use up any leftover cooked rice. If you don’t have any, however, it’ll just take a little longer to make, or you can use bought cooked rice. The recipe also works with other fruit instead of bananas—try raspberries, strawberries, mango or pear. And, if you do not have any fresh fruit, it still tastes delicious just as a simple chocolate rice pudding.
