  • grated zest of ½ orange
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 cups

Method

  1. Heat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Stir the orange zest and sugar into the fruit. Spoon into baking dishes. Sprinkle your chosen crumble mix over the filling.
  3. Bake about 20 minutes until bubbling and golden. Serve with custard sauce or ice cream.
