This is so easy to make—and if you have leftover cooked sausages, it’s quick, too. If you don’t—or you don’t have time to cook them—just make ordinary French toast instead.

  • sunflower oil, for frying
  • 6 link pork sausages, split in half lengthwise

  1. Heat a little oil in a large skillet over medium heat, add the sausages and fry about 5 minutes until lightly colored and cooked through.
