- 1¾ cups milk
- 1⅓ cups strawberries or raspberries, hulled, if necessary

- Pour the milk into a blender. Add the fruit, vanilla extract and ice cubes and whiz 30 to 45 seconds until smooth. Add honey or maple syrup to taste, if you like.
- Strain into glasses to remove any seeds or chunks of ice and serve.
