  • cups milk
  • 1⅓ cups strawberries or raspberries, hulled, if necessary
  • ½ <

Method

  1. Pour the milk into a blender. Add the fruit, vanilla extract and ice cubes and whiz 30 to 45 seconds until smooth. Add honey or maple syrup to taste, if you like.
  2. Strain into glasses to remove any seeds or chunks of ice and serve.
