  • cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon

Method

  1. Pour the milk into a blender. Add the maple syrup, vanilla extract and ice cubes and whiz about 15 seconds until smooth.
  2. Strain into glasses to remove chunks of ice and serve.
