  • 2 croissants, split open
  • 2 ripe figs, sliced
  • 2 ounces crumbly goat cheese

Method

  1. Heat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Put the bottom half of the croissants on a cookie sheet. Put the figs on top, then scatter the cheese and walnuts over. Replace the tops. Bake the croissants 4 to 5 minutes until heated through. Drizzle with honey to taste. Leave the croissants to cool slightly, then serve.
