  • 2 croissants, split open
  • 4 tablespoons ricotta cheese
  • 2 to 4 slices

Method

  1. Heat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Put the bottom half of the croissants on a cookie sheet. Spread with the ricotta and top with the prosciutto, avocado and chili flakes. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Replace the tops. Bake the croissants 4 to 5 minutes until heated through. Leave to cool slightly, then serve.
